Site Supervisor

For the vacancy of site supervisor in the Oostkamp region, you will perform the following tasks:

• You will follow up the construction sites from A to Z.
• Starting from the work preparation, administration and effective site follow-up to delivery.
• You will realise large projects such as residential care centres, office buildings, residential projects,...
• You control the workers and subcontractors to ensure that they follow safety restrictions on the sites.
• You motivate and support the site team and offer solutions where necessary.
• You participate in site meetings.
• In short, a combined function in which you spend +/- 50% of your time on site visits.

For the Site Supervisor position, we are looking for someone with the following capabilities;

• You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience
• A first experience is a requirement, ideally minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• You have leadership skills and experience in managing site workers.
• You communicate well in English, and have at least a moderate knowledge of Dutch.
• You have experience with specifications, bills of quantities and planning.
• You have a driving licence B.
• You are open to a combined position in which you spend +/- 50% of your time in the office and 50% on site.
